Conference Venue & Official Hotel
The Estrel Hotel and Congress Center is the Conference venue and the Estrel Hotel is the official HCII2027 hotel.
A number of rooms has been reserved to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with reduced rates. The special guest room rates will be valid for all Conference participants for the duration of the Conference, as well as for 2 additional days, before and / or after the Conference (subject to availability of rooms at the time of the reservation).

HOTEL DETAILS
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12 noon.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in and a valid form of national ID or passport is required.
- This is a smoke-free hotel and as such, smoking indoors is absolutely forbidden. E-cigarettes are also forbidden.
- Access to Wellness & Fitness facilities is free of charge for hotel guests.
- Cost for an extra bed is 30 Euro.
- Children under 12 years stay in parents' room free of charge. Baby cribs are availabe free of charge.
- Berlin City Tax: Is currently 7.5% of the net room rate plus 7% VAT (€10.35 single room/night, €10.58 double room/night). It is not incuded in the room rates and will be charged additionally.

RESERVATIONS
Cut-off date for reservations is the 28th of June 2027. Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability. A valid credit card is needed to make a reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled or shortend free of charge until 4 week prior to arrival. In case of short time cancellations or no-shows, the hotel is allowed to charge 80% of the room rate as cancellation charges.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Estrel Show Theatre, features the very best in Las Vegas style entertainment all year round. Berlin’s most successful show, "Stars in Concert", has been bringing the top international look-and-sound-alike artists to Berlin, creating the perfect illusion of Marilyn Monroe, Louis Armstrong, Amy Winehouse, Madonna, Robbie Williams and more. In addition, a series of other tribute shows dedicated to ABBA, Elvis Presley, Tina Turner and many more provide top entertainment at the Estrel Show Theatre.
ART AT THE ESTREL
Featuring works by Berlin and international artists, Estrel owners have created an art enclave at the Estrel. The extensive collection of contemporary art is displayed in the atrium and throughout the hotel & convention areas. It includes works by renowned artists such as Lynn Chadwick, Claudia Comte, Tony Cragg, Peter Halley, Rashid Johnson, William Kentridge, Jonathan Meese, Anselm Reyle, Erwin Wurm and many more.
